I dunno man, I guess Liz was really tired and, idk, passed out or whatevaaaa I dunnooooooo so she's now just finding out her football!baby. Liz is stubborn, so she didn't care if she was hurtin' she just wanted to know was it ok, but she sees this.

Oh and btw, Liz has scratching marks on her face because she scratched her face in agony during the labor. Idk, she's an idiot. XD Her brains don't work while she's busy with something else.
